Hey Explorers! Welcome back! I love bringing you informative content every week in relation to travel, adventure or the environment! Today, I'm going to give you an overview of the tourism agency Iceland Travel because I know you want the best trip to Iceland...right!!!
Ok, now on to this overview!
Iceland Travel I have referenced a lot over the last year as they offer amazing tours and take out the guess work for you. But I originally lucked up on Iceland Travel while doing research for a previous blog post about my experience to Iceland and wanted to mention some facts about the country. They offered this detail on their site. Afterwards, I linked into their affiliate program to discuss their different tours and packages throughout my social media platforms. But I have not...at least not yet...booked a tour through them. This post is to provide you an overview of what you could get from them and if you do book through them, I may get a commission at no additional cost to you. I have learned four AMAZING things about Iceland Travel over the past year and here they are:
One stop shop! Based on prior experience, Iceland can be hard to navigate at times especially when booking any type of accommodations. But Iceland Travel alleviates this as you can rent cars, book tours, read travel guides, and more on their website! They are like the Viator for Iceland by being a connection point for tour suppliers throughout the country!
Tours for anyone! Whatever style of travel you may have, Iceland Travel has an offering for you. Here are some examples of their tours: - Extended stay tours such as their 5 days/4 nights Game of Thrones tour; - Day tours such as their snowboarding trip to a glacier + more activities; - And they have guided tours, self-guided tours, and much much more!
Environmentally Friendly! If you don't know, now you do! I care about the environment as I travel and it is great to see a tour company care about it as well. Tour companies may not always care about the environment as they want tourists to live their best lives. But luckily, Iceland Travel does both! Per their website, they commit to the environment by doing things such as raising awareness, maintaining biodiversity, recycling, etc. You can learn more on their website or by contacting them at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Awesome Reviews from Users! I viewed various websites such as TripAdvisor, Facebook, etc. Overall, people have been pleased with their offerings and knowledge from guides. But of course no company is perfect and it looks like the most common complaint is communication. Be sure you obtain all the necessary details when booking your tour and confirm a day / two prior for this and any tour you book with any company!
With that said and read, I can't wait to try Iceland Travel the next time I head to the country!
Have you ever tried Iceland Travel? If so, what are your thoughts?
Have you ever visited Iceland? If not, why?
Thank you for stopping by!
